Functional backrest. The increased depth of the upper section allows better use of the Flying (Cod.2092) and more challenging performance of suspension training exercises, such as tractions. The pegs are finished with a larger diameter than the traditional Swedish wall bars (38mm round section, not oval). This feature adds strength to the structure while making the grip less ergonomic and more demanding when exercising the muscles of the hand and forearm. Wall bars have been one of the best tools for bodyweight and gymnastic workouts. The quality of the backrest is determined by the use of European white oak for the frame and dried beech for the pegs. These unique materials make this tool also an object of furniture.
