The ATX ®  Fat Bar is the ideal training dumbbell to get with simple means more variety in your exercise routine and provide your muscles with new growth impulses. Ideally suited for training the biceps muscles, triceps muscles , shoulder muscles , chest muscles  and back muscles new stimuli are generated in particular in the areas of the hand and forearm muscles. 
Extremely durable and 210 cm long, this dumbbell can handle weights up to 350 kg without problems. 
The specially textured surface of the powder coating provides a non-slip grip and gives the bar the desired menacing look.
